Available Positions
1️⃣ Junior Functional Consultant
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business IT, or related field. Experience: 0–2 years (internship or project experience acceptable). Preferred Skills: Exposure to ERP systems (Odoo preferred). Basic SQL/database knowledge. Familiarity with business processes (Finance, HR, Inventory). Basic technical understanding (Python/XML is a plus). Location: Addis Ababa.
2️⃣ Associate Functional Consultant
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field. Experience: 2–4 years in ERP implementation and/or support. Preferred Skills: Experience with in‑house or custom‑built systems. Basic Odoo development (Python/XML). Process improvement and business analysis. Familiarity with Agile/iterative environments. Hands‑on ERP/Odoo experience (functional or techno‑functional). Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Inventory, HR, Procurement). Location: Addis Ababa.
