Position: Customer Service/Physician Attendant
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high-traffic, confidential environment like healthcare.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Customer Service: A professional, patient-focused attitude with the ability to remain courteous under pressure.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and other office equipment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multitasking: Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy, interruption-prone environment.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and confidentiality.
