Jenboro Real Estate PLC is a fast-growing and reputable real estate development company committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Keeper to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with company policies and government regulations.
Manage and organize the store layout for efficient operations.
Receive, load, unload, and properly shelve all supplies and materials.
Inspect incoming deliveries for discrepancies, shortages, or damages.
Report damaged inventories for proper record-keeping and reimbursement procedures.
Rotate stock and dispose of surplus, obsolete, or expired items as required.
Coordinate and handle freight, equipment, and material movement.
Ensure proper allocation and organization of inventory within the warehouse and store.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation for procurement and purchasing processes.
Generate Material Received Reports (MRR) in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure proper storage and issuance of goods following the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management method.
Maintain and update inventory records and data accurately.
Required Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Management, Materials Planning, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field from a recognized university or college.
Minimum of 2 years (Diploma holders) or 4 years (Degree holders) of proven work experience, preferably in the real estate, construction, or related sectors.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong data management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments will be considered an added advantage.
