About the Role
AeTrade Group is implementing the Integrated MSME Handholding and Business Growth Project to empower SMEs, youth-led enterprises, women-led businesses, cooperatives, and producers. The Platform & Technical Support Unit ensures MSMEs can effectively use AeTrade’s digital ecosystem — Sokokuu Africa, AeTrust, AeLearning, and related platforms — for visibility, finance-readiness, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for MSME onboarding, vendor registration, product
uploads, and storefront activation.
Train MSMEs and field teams on Sokokuu Africa usage.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Diploma in IT, E-commerce, Business, or related field; 2–4 years’ experience in platform or customer support.
