Position 1: Psychiatric/Clinical Nurse
Required Qualifications
- Registered/Licensed Nurse per local regulations.
- Training or experience in psychiatric nursing is preferred.
- Knowledge of psychiatric patient care, risk assessment, and medication safety.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced inpatient and outpatient setting.
Job Summary
Sitota Center for Mental Health Care & Rehabilitation is seeking Psychiatric/Clinical Nurses to provide safe, compassionate, and holistic psychiatric care. The role includes intake assessment, vital sign monitoring, risk assessment, timely medication administration, nursing documentation, coordination with the multidisciplinary team, and support for treatment and discharge processes.

Position 2: Outpatient Department Lead
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any health-related field, or a degree in Management, Marketing, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in a healthcare/clinic setting or relevant setting.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role managing staff and/or front-office operations.
Job Summary
Sitota Center for Mental Health Care & Rehabilitation is seeking an Outpatient Department (OPD) Lead to provide safe, compassionate, and holistic psychiatric care. The role includes monitoring and risk assessment, ensuring timely and effective front desk management, and maintaining smooth patient flow throughout the OPD process. The OPD Lead will also coordinate with the multidisciplinary team, supervise and support front desk staff, and help ensure the overall smooth operation of the team.
