Open Positions
1. Manager, Database Administration (Internal/External)
Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Experience: 6–8 years in database administration, with at least 2 years in a senior/leadership role. Preferred Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate, or equivalent. Location: Addis Ababa
2. Manager, System and Cloud Administration (Internal/External)
Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Experience: 6–8 years in systems administration, with at least 2 years in a senior/leadership role. Technical Requirements: Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems (Oracle Solaris, Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat). Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V, Oracle LDOM, Nutanix). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Telecloud). Location: Addis Ababa
3. Manager, Software Development & MIS (Internal/External)
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields. Experience: 2–5+ years in banking IT, with proven leadership experience. Location: Addis Ababa
