The Senior Quality Control role at Kombolcha Steel production Industry PLC is crucial for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our production processes. This full-time position is suited for mid-level professionals with 3 to 5 years of experience. The Senior Quality Control Expert will oversee quality assurance activities, analyze data, and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control processes to enhance product reliability.
Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials and finished products.
Analyze quality data and identify trends to drive improvements.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues effectively.
Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and compliance.
Train and mentor junior quality control staff on best practices.
Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards throughout the production process.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality materials are received.
Participate in audits and inspections with external regulatory bodies.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the quality assurance team.
