Position Summary:
Lead maintenance activities to ensure
reliable operation of production equipment and utilities
in a
GMP-compliant CMO
environment. Support engineering projects and maintain validated systems to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Drive
preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
for production equipment to maximize uptime.
Troubleshoot complex issues (mechanical, electrical,
PLC/controls
) and implement improvements.
Oversee
utilities management
(HVAC, purified water, compressed air, steam, power, generators) in validated/GMP condition.
Develop and execute
annual preventive maintenance plans
, including calibration and spare parts management.
Ensure
GMP and EHS compliance
with complete documentation (maintenance logs, calibration records, change/deviation reports); support QA during audits/validations.
Coordinate maintenance with
Production, Warehouse, QA, and Planning
; manage external vendors when needed.

2–5 years’ experience in maintenance experience in a pharmaceutical, food, or FMCG manufacturing environment
Skills:
Communication skill, organization & time management skill, analytical skill, decision-making skill and problem-solving skill. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
