The Senior Human Resource Management Officer plays a critical role in overseeing and enhancing HR
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
Coordinate employee onboarding and training programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance to managers on employee evaluations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
Facilitate employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Lead employee engagement activities and promote a positive workplace culture.

Collaborate with management to develop succession planning and talent development programs.
