Position 1: Senior Collateral Valuator

Qualification

• BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, or another related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in property valuation, asset appraisal, collateral valuation, or similar roles.

Duty Station: Head Office

Position 2: Collateral Valuator III

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, including 1 year in property valuation, collateral assessment, or an equivalent position.

Duty Station: Head Office

Position 3: Branch Manager I

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role such as Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager, Branch Business Manager, Branch Operations Manager, or an equivalent position.

Duty Stations

Successful candidates may be assigned to branches under the following districts:

• Central District – Addis Ababa and surrounding areas
• East District – Dire Dawa, Harar, and nearby locations
• West District – Jimma and surrounding areas
• North District – Dessie and nearby locations
