Position 1: Graduate Trainee – Legal Aid & Foreclosure
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 2: Software Engineer
Qualification
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in the financial sector is an added advantage.

Position 3: Senior Performance & Talent Development Officer
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in the financial industry is preferred.

Position 4: Senior Recruitment & Onboarding Officer
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Previous experience in the financial sector is an advantage.

Position 5: Senior Software Engineer
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.

Position 6: Senior IT Governance & Security Officer
Qualification
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.

Position 7: Manager – Talent Excellence & HR Business Partner
Qualification
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
- Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 6 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial role, OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial position.
Experience
- Experience in the financial industry is highly desirable.
