Nisir Microfinance Institution S.C is inviting qualified and motivated professionals, including fresh graduates, to apply for several exciting career opportunities at its Head Office in Addis Ababa.

The institution is currently recruiting talented individuals for the following positions:

Position 1: Graduate Trainee – Legal Aid & Foreclosure

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Law.

Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• No prior work experience is required.

Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Position 2: Software Engineer

Qualification

• BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in the financial sector is an added advantage.

Position 3: Senior Performance & Talent Development Officer

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in the financial industry is preferred.

Position 4: Senior Recruitment & Onboarding Officer

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in the financial sector is an advantage.

Position 5: Senior Software Engineer

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.

Position 6: Senior IT Governance & Security Officer

Qualification

• BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.

Position 7: Manager – Talent Excellence & HR Business Partner

Qualification

Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:

• Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 6 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial role, OR
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial position.

Experience

• Experience in the financial industry is highly desirable.
