Role description
Alpha Education & Training Share Company
has been engaged in providing education and training services for the past four decades. Our company is seeking qualified candidates for the School Manager & Supervisor position:
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Co-ordinate Alpha Schools
activities.
Ensure compliance
with government educational standards, and take necessary measures to close any gaps identified.
Formulate and implement strategic plans
to enable Alpha Schools to maximize their capacity in terms of student enrollment.
Develop and execute model school initiatives
to position Alpha Schools as exemplary institutions.
Oversee student transitions
from Kindergarten to Secondary School, ensuring continuity and sustained demand for Alpha Schools.
Identify and address challenges
currently faced and anticipated in the future, and propose practical solutions.
Focus on strategic growth
to maintain high demand and strong reputation within the community, while enhancing profitability through expansion of educational services.
Ensure schools follow national education policies and standards.
Oversee teaching and learning processes to maintain consistency across schools.
Assess school performance, teacher effectiveness, and student outcomes.
Provide feedback, coaching, and training to improve instructional practices.
Help teachers implement curriculum effectively and adapt to local contexts.
Act as mentors to principals and teachers, promoting professional growth.
Guide school leaders in management, planning, and decision-making.
Drive reforms, innovation, and improvement initiatives in schools.
Foster collaboration, inclusivity, and a supportive environment for learning.
Translate Ministry of Education directives into practice at school level.
Ensure schools have adequate teaching materials and facilities.
Hold schools accountable for performance and compliance
Perform additional duties
as assigned by the General Manager or the Board of Directors.

Term of employment
:- Permanent
Salary:- Negotiable
Education Requirement
Bachelor's degree in educational planning and management, a bachelor's degree in education
/
teaching related fields of study,
and
Master's degree in educational planning and management,
A Minimum of six years of relevant experience in similar position
