Role description
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Administrator & Support Analyst to provide application support, system administration, business analysis, user training, and continuous improvement for SAP S/4HANA and SAP Concur. The role will serve as the primary liaison between business users and support partners, ensuring stable operations, efficient business processes, and high user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for SAP S/4HANA and SAP Concur users.
Manage incidents, service requests, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
Support SAP Finance (FI/CO), Procurement (MM), Sales (SD), Asset Accounting, and related business processes.
Administer SAP Concur Expense and Travel Management solutions.
Configure workflows, approval hierarchies, expense policies, and user access.
Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
Coordinate UAT, testing, change requests, and enhancement deployments.
Develop user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
Monitor application performance and coordinate with SAP implementation/support partners.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Accounting & Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of SAP support experience.
Minimum 2 years of SAP S/4HANA support experience.
Experience supporting SAP Concur Expense and Travel Management.
Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Brewery, or Distribution industries is an advantage.
Preferred Certifications
SAP S/4HANA Certification
SAP Concur Certification
ITIL Foundation
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certification
