Role description
We are seeking a dynamic
Sales Supervisor
to lead our solar energy sales team. This role combines technical expertise in solar energy systems with strong sales management and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
Coach, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Identify new business opportunities in residential and commercial sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and customers.
Prepare and track sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipelines.
Oversee contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
Marketing & Business Development
Design and implement marketing strategies to promote solar products and enhance brand awareness.
Manage digital and traditional campaigns, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the technical team to develop accurate presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
Technical & Operational Support
Provide technical guidance on solar system design, installation, and energy efficiency.
Ensure offers and marketing materials comply with product specifications and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely delivery and installation.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education
: University degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management.
Experience
: 3–5 years in sales, marketing, or business development within the solar sector.
Technical Knowledge
: Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems, inverters, batteries, and the solar energy market.
Leadership
: Proven experience managing a sales team and achieving measurable objectives.
Skills
: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
Software
: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
