VIV Beverages Manufacturing S.C is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the following senior and mid-level positions. The company operates in Ethiopia’s fast-growing beverage and FMCG industry and is seeking talented individuals to strengthen its sales, marketing, and brand teams in Addis Ababa.

Position 1: Sales & Marketing Head

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within FMCG, beverage, or consumer goods industries
  • Strong knowledge of distribution systems, trade marketing, and route-to-market strategies
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and market expansion

Position 2: Sales Supervisor

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of sales experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools

Position 3: Brand & Trade Marketing Specialist

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of FMCG, retail, and consumer goods markets
  • Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
