Position: Sales Manager / B2B Account Manager
Role Purpose
Clickobet seeks a proven Sales Expert to drive growth, manage B2B accounts, and expand partnerships in Ethiopia and beyond. This role is exclusively for professionals with strong sales and account management backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect new B2B leads via field visits, calls, and emails. Generate leads through social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, local groups). Negotiate contracts, retain clients, and follow up assertively. Analyze competitor pricing and offers to maintain market leadership. Provide client support and coordinate with IT teams via Telegram. Maintain close communication with partners and track daily interactions.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or Head of Sales roles. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to thrive in field work and close deals. Not suitable for candidates with backgrounds only in marketing, product development, or IT support.
