Position: Junior Sales Representative – Projects
Job Summary
The Junior Sales Representative will support the growth of project sales by developing strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, architects, distributors, and project owners. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting Saint‑Gobain’s construction materials and solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction across assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new project sales opportunities Visit construction sites to monitor project progress Engage consultants and architects to identify specification opportunities Track project timelines and procurement schedules Coordinate product demonstrations, technical presentations, and trials Build and maintain customer relationships with contractors, developers, and project owners Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual targets Negotiate commercial terms with customers Monitor active projects and identify upcoming opportunities Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with internal teams Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in construction materials or building products Proven track record of achieving sales targets Experience in construction industry is advantageous Strong commercial awareness and ability to sell new concepts/products Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to work under pressure Computer literacy (SAP, CRM, MS Office) Fluent in English
