1. Lead – Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) and Sustainability
Job Category: Governance, Audit & Risk Management Job ID: 1394
Role Summary
Responsible for driving the company’s ESG strategy, embedding sustainability across business functions, and strengthening environmental, social, governance, and human rights performance. Works closely with Executive Leadership, regulators, shareholders, and the Board ESG & Impact Committee.
Key Responsibilities
Implement ESG & Sustainability Strategy and Roadmap Lead climate action, carbon management, energy efficiency, waste reduction, and circular economy initiatives Coordinate ESG governance, compliance, and reporting Lead Business & Human Rights programs and due diligence Manage ESG risks and integrate them into enterprise risk management Prepare Sustainability Reports and ESG disclosures Manage ESG program budgets and performance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management, Business, Climate Change, Law, or related fields 5–7 years of progressive experience in ESG, Sustainability, Human Rights, Governance, or ERM Experience leading enterprise‑wide ESG programs Telecommunications or infrastructure sector experience desirable
