Role description
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
Manage and train restaurant staff
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Control inventory, ordering, and cost management
Prepare staff schedules
Work with the kitchen team to maintain menu quality
Room Service and on occasions VIP service in other areas of the hotel for our esteemed guests
Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Multi Lingual is a major advantage
Good understanding of restaurant operations and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
