Position 1: Regional Sales Manager

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, including 3 years in a managerial role
  • Proven experience in leading and supervising sales teams
  • Ability to work closely with logistics, finance, and marketing departments
  • Strong experience in customer relationship management and key accounts

  • Strong planning and performance monitoring skills

Position 2: Associate Legal Counsel

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B)
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in corporate or commercial law
  • Experience in multinational or regulated business environments is preferred

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Ethiopian commercial, labor, and regulatory laws
  • Experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
  • Ability to manage legal disputes and litigation processes
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and legal risk management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and legal documentation abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in complex corporate environments
