Position: Junior Operations Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Flight Dispatch, Aviation Management, or Ground Services Training.
• Understanding of flight support, ground handling, and airport operations.
• Experience in coordinating and executing flight operations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Fresh graduates with zero years of experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• Flexibility to work in shifts is required due to the nature of aviation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport, assisting passengers and supporting smooth flight operations.
• Manage email communications and phone conversations with clients and vendors.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Understand company services thoroughly to accurately address customer requests.
• Coordinate with operations and other departments to deliver exceptional service.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Work closely with vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Remain calm and professional during demanding or stressful situations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational targets and objectives.
