Role description

Enat’s domestic banking services make it easy to deposit and manage your money. The minimum required for a deposit is only 10 birr. Enat’s International Banking offers a suite of services for individuals and business, providing conventional commercial banking services, and with special emphasis on the banking needs of women.
Position 1: Civil Engineer
Educational Qualification
- BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 3.5 years of relevant work experience.
- Banking industry experience is mandatory.
Duty Station: Hawassa.
Position 2: Manager, Audit Follow-up Division
Educational Qualification
- BA, MBA, or MA Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Male applicants: 8.5 years of experience for BA holders or 6.5 years for MBA/MA holders.
- Female applicants: 7.5 years of experience for BA holders or 5.5 years for MBA/MA holders.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Auditor, Inspector, or Senior Inspector.
- Experience in the banking industry is preferred.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
Position 3: Cafeteria and Sanitation Supervisor
Education: Completion of Grade 10 or Grade 12.
Experience: Applicants with at least 2 years of relevant work experience are preferred.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise cafeteria staff.
- Request and arrange the necessary supplies for the job from the relevant department.
- Ensure that employees properly use and maintain the department’s property and equipment.
- Coordinate and supervise cleaning activities.
