Key Responsibilities
Reception & Customer Service
Welcome and assist visitors, students, and clients professionally. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls. Respond to inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social media. Schedule appointments and maintain visitor logs.
Office Administration
Manage daily office operations and filing systems. Prepare letters, reports, and presentations. Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement. Handle courier services, deliveries, and maintenance.
Student Support
Provide information on programs, admissions, and scholarships. Assist with student registration and document collection. Maintain accurate student records and follow up on documentation.
Administrative Support
Assist management with scheduling and meeting minutes. Support workshops, seminars, and promotional events. Coordinate travel arrangements when required.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Science, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, customer service, or office administration. Experience in an educational institution or consultancy is an advantage.
Skills & Attributes
Excellent communication skills in English and Amharic. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Organizational and time‑management skills. Professional appearance and conduct. Friendly personality, positive attitude, and problem‑solving abilities.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Saturday (if required): 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
