Job Summary
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and customers, providing professional reception services and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and customers.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls professionally.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules.
Provide information and support to customers.
Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Coordinate with different departments as required.
Required Qualification
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Customer Service, Secretarial Science, Clerical Studies, Office Management, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
General Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
