Role Overview
The Junior Store Controller plays a vital role in managing day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring proper storage, handling, and dispatch of finished products, raw materials, and non‑stock items. The role supports warehouse efficiency, safety compliance, and accurate inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure proper storage and handling of finished products, raw materials, and non‑stock items in line with warehouse and safety standards Manage daily store operations and issue stock to user departments per company policy Conduct physical counts to verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing products Maintain optimal stock levels and prepare inventory reports Oversee materials receipt, processing, fulfillment, monitoring, and dispatch Review layout, space utilization, and material flow for efficiency improvements Upload daily store transactions into the system regularly Organize periodic stock counts and resolve discrepancies promptly Investigate damaged or missing stock and report findings Implement approved HSE policies for store safety Continuously assess and improve store management processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Management, or related fields Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience encouraged to apply Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) Computer literacy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong communication, teamwork, and service‑oriented mindset Positive attitude, self‑motivation, and continuous improvement mindset
