About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Project Officer
to support the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of company projects. The Project Officer will work closely with management, technical teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Coordinate daily project activities and monitor progress.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
Track deliverables, deadlines, and milestones.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Identify risks and support mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with project management standards.
Support procurement and logistics related to project execution.
Organize training, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
Maintain accurate project records and filing systems.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of relevant project coordination or project management experience.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, or related certification is an advantage.
Experience in ERP, IT, or digital transformation projects.
Experience working with government, NGOs, or private sector projects.

Weekly and monthly progress reports.

Meeting agendas and minutes.

Final project completion and handover reports.
