Project Office Engineer

Prepare and process interim and final payment certificates based on completed work.
Review, measure, and verify quantities for payment claims and project valuations.
Manage and update Bills of Quantities (BOQ), including quantity tracking and variations.
Monitor construction progress against approved schedules and project milestones.
Conduct regular site visits to verify work progress and identify project issues.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for submission to Head Office.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, consultants, and contractors on project matters.
Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents to support project execution.
Maintain accurate project records, measurements, reports, and correspondence.
Provide engineering and technical support as required to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Bachelors degree
Direct work experience as office engineer or quantity surveyor
2-4 years work experience
Real estate or Construction work experience is a plus
