: Project Human Resource Officer
Salary: Negotiable and attractive
Registration: June 3, 2026- June 12,2026
Location: Addis Ababa
Reports To: HR Manager
Key responsibilities
Maintain employee information in a safe manner in both soft and hard copy;
preparing the employees profile by age, Gender, education, work experience, salary, family status, address and others;
Interpreting HR policy and procedures and ensure that all staff are well-versed in company policies, procedures, and code of conduct;
Monitoring the performance evaluation of project staff every six months.
Follow up leaves; Annual leave, matrimonial leave, mourning’s leave, special leave, unpaid leave etc.
Ensure that the employee uses uniform and personal protective equipment;
Follow up employee’s day to day attendance and take appropriate action with consultation HR Manager
Hiring temporary workers for each project, preparing overtime pay according to the guidelines, and monitoring the prompt payment of wages.
Following up periodical performance appraisal reports and submit them to their immediate supervisor and at the same time gather the performance appraisal form after fulfill the necessary information especially an employee should sign to show the appraisal is take place;
Facilitate the reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by the employee to the extent of his/her entitlement;
Supervising the overtime work based on the procedure;
Facilitate and monitoring the utilization of safety and health in project site as per the standard of the company;
Quickly correct actions that harm the organization’s name and reputation;
Monitoring the legality of employment contracts for temporary and contract workers employed in projects;
Monitoring work discipline and daily wages of temporary workers;
Resolve human resource management issues related to the project by communicating with the department and project manager;
Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or HR manager.
Qualification:
BA Degree in Management, Human Resource, Public Administration with four years relevant experience
