Alpha Education & Training Share Company has been engaged in providing education and training services for the past four decades. Our company is seeking qualified candidates for the
Procurement, Property Administration, and General Service Managerial
position:
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise the acquisition of goods and services.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
Ensure procurement follows government regulations, organizational policies, and ethical standards.
Draft, review, and monitor contracts with suppliers.
Maintain accurate records of organizational assets, including buildings, equipment, and vehicles.
Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and prevent misuse or loss of property.
Schedule and oversee repairs, renovations, and upkeep of facilities.
Handle the proper disposal or transfer of obsolete or damaged assets.
Supervise office facilities, utilities, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
Oversee organizational vehicles, drivers, and travel logistics.
Implement workplace safety measures and coordinate security services.
Manage cleaning and other auxiliary services.
Prepare and monitor budgets for procurement, property, and services.
Establish guidelines for procurement, asset use, and service delivery.
Supervise staff in procurement, property, and service units.
Provide regular updates to senior management on expenditures, assets, and operations

Education Requirement
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, or Logistics & Supply Chain Management,
A Minimum of Six years of relevant experience in similar position
