About the Role
AeTrade Group is seeking a detail-oriented Platform Support and Data Officer to provide platform support, user assistance, issue tracking, data management, dashboard preparation, reporting, and marketplace intelligence for Sokokuu Marketplace.
The role serves both the Commercial Track and Development Track by ensuring that platform data is accurate, user issues are resolved, transaction and vendor data are tracked, and management has reliable information for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level platform support to vendors, buyers, field teams, partners, and internal users.
Track user issues, system errors, onboarding problems, product upload issues, transaction concerns, and support requests.
Maintain accurate data on vendors, buyers, products, listings, transactions, onboarding progress, customer activity, and support cases.
Prepare dashboards on marketplace performance, vendor activity, buyer activity, transactions, product categories, and customer growth.
Coordinate with the technology team to escalate and follow up on technical issues.
Support data cleaning, user database management, product categorization, and platform quality control.
Monitor inactive vendors, incomplete profiles, missing product information, buyer activity, and support gaps.
Support integration of marketplace data with AeTrust, AeLearning, logistics, and impact reporting systems.
Track KPIs related to active vendors, active buyers, transaction value, product upload rate, issue-resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Required Profile
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business analytics, statistics, computer science, digital business, operations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in platform support, data management, business analytics, digital operations, or customer support systems.
Experience with dashboards, CRM systems, marketplace platforms, or reporting tools is an advantage.
