About the Role
People First Consult is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support day‑to‑day operations. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, coordinate office administration, organize meetings and events, and provide administrative support across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and partners while maintaining a professional front office. Manage daily office operations, supplies, records, petty cash, and administrative documentation. Coordinate meetings, workshops, events, and travel arrangements. Support calendar management, correspondence, and communications. Provide administrative and logistical support to departments and projects. Ensure office facilities are well‑maintained and operational.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or similar role. Experience coordinating meetings or events is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication, organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
