Position 1: Part-Time Graphic Designer
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required)
- Strong skills in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into engaging visual content
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible to work part-time and attend meetings at the Addis Ababa head office when needed

Position 2: Brand & Social Media Manager
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in brand management and digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of social media trends and content strategy
- Skilled in tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Passion for branding and corporate storytelling in the industrial sector
