Major Account Manager – FSI Ethiopia/Tanzania Role Purpose: Partner with customers to secure their digital experience, solve critical cybersecurity challenges, and drive large complex sales cycles. Key Responsibilities: Lead and orchestrate sales engagements in the Financial Services Industry (FSI). Identify business challenges and create tailored solutions. Position Palo Alto Networks’ portfolio effectively against competitors. Develop territory plans, set clear goals, and deliver accurate forecasting. Build compelling value propositions and leverage customer success stories. Stay updated on industry trends and their impact on cybersecurity solutions. Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and internal teams to deliver customer success. Qualifications & Experience: Strong background in SaaS‑based architectures, networking, or security industries. Proven track record in consultative sales, value selling, and complex solution sales. Technical aptitude to understand how cybersecurity solutions solve business problems. Experience cultivating relationships with channel partners. Excellent time management, autonomy, and resilience. Travel: Frequent within territory and for company‑wide meetings. Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (covering Ethiopia & Tanzania).
