Senior Customer Service Officer Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking. IFB training certification is advantageous. Duty Station: Adama, Bedeno. Branch Operation Supervisor Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 4 years in Banking Operations. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous. Duty Station: Wolkite, Adama, Bedeno.
