Position Summary:
The COO is a key member of Dawa Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company’s executive leadership team, responsible for managing day-to-day operations and driving operational efficiency, scalability, growth, and profitability. The role focuses on optimizing pharmaceutical manufacturing, strengthening supply chain and logistics, ensuring GMP and regulatory compliance, and leading continuous improvement across all operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company’s operational strategy in line with business goals.
Oversee daily operations across
manufacturing, supply chain, quality (QA/QC), regulatory compliance
, and other operational units.
Ensure manufacturing is executed under
GMP
, safety standards, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
Optimize
capacity planning, production scheduling, and resource allocation
to meet targets and timelines.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g.,
Lean/Six Sigma
) and evaluate process automation/technology opportunities.

Educational Background:
BA/MA/PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or master’s degree in a relevant discipline is a plus
Experience:
10/9/7 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related industries, with at least 4 years in a senior operational leadership role in the industry
Skills:
Communication skill, organization & time management skill, analytical skill, decision-making skill and problem-solving skill. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
