To ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations within the office environment. To manage administrative tasks, maintain office supplies, coordinate schedules, and facilitate communication among team members.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in business administration, backed by relevant qualifications and hands-on experience in office management. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities whether coordinating daily operations or handling petty cash with accuracy and accountability.
A proactive self-starter, they combine excellent communication and interpersonal skills with solid proficiency in MS Office, enabling them to support teams effectively and keep processes running smoothly. With a natural problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure, they contribute positively as a collaborative team player.
Other Experiences needed;
Good level of experience in a similar office administration position.
Thorough understanding of office management procedures.
Experience with handling petty cash.
Good level experience with accounting and bookkeeping.
