Position 1: Mechanical Engineer (Auto)
Educational Qualification
B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Automotive Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field from a recognized higher education institution.
Work Experience
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant post-qualification experience in one or more of the following: Automotive engineering Vehicle inspection Vehicle maintenance Fleet management Vehicle diagnostics Vehicle valuation
Desirable Qualifications
Basic knowledge of vehicle inspection and valuation techniques. Knowledge of the Ethiopian automotive market. Valid Ethiopian Driving License (preferably Category 3 or above).

Position 2: Loan Analysis and Relationship Officer
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field. Graduation year: 2021 and afterwards .
Work Experience
Minimum of two (2) years of directly related experience in the financial industry.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

Position 3: Senior Mechanical Engineer (Auto)
Educational Qualification
B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Automotive Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field from a recognized higher education institution.
Work Experience
Minimum of four (4) years of relevant post-qualification experience in: Automotive engineering Vehicle inspection Vehicle maintenance Fleet management Vehicle diagnostics Vehicle valuation
Desirable Qualifications
Experience in vehicle inspection and valuation for loan collateral in banks, microfinance institutions, insurance companies, leasing companies, vehicle dealerships, or automotive service organizations. Knowledge of the Ethiopian automotive market and vehicle valuation practices. Valid Ethiopian Driving License (preferably Category 3 or above).
