1. Junior Customer Service Specialist – Fresh Graduate Opportunity
Location: Ginir
Education:
BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for male applicants and 2.75 for female applicants .
Experience:
No prior experience is required.
Other Requirement:
Exit Exam is mandatory. Age: 30 years.
2. Branch Accounts Administrator – Grade B
Location: Ginir
Education:
BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
3.5 years of experience in banking operations. At least 1 year of experience as a Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position.
3. Senior Customer Service Specialist
Location: Ginir
Education:
BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or a related field.
Experience:
1.5 years of experience in banking operations. At least 6 months of experience in a CSS position.
4. Branch Manager – Grade C
Location: Ginir
Education and Experience:
MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field with: 6.5 years of experience for male candidates. 5.5 years of experience for female candidates. OR BA in the same fields with: 8.5 years of experience for male candidates. 7.5 years of experience for female candidates.
Experience should be in the banking industry, including either:
2 years as Customer Services Manager Grade B; or 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A.
5. Change Management & Partnership Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
