Nib International Bank S.C wants to hire qualified applicants to the following positions.

Nib International Bank (NIB) was established on 26 May 1999 under license no. LBB/007/99 in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Proclamation for Licensing and Supervision of Banking Business Proclamation no. 84/1994 with the paid up Capital of birr 27.6 million and authorized capital of Birr 150 million by 717 Shareholders.

Nib Bank S.C External Vacancy Announcement No. 04/26:

Position 1: IT Officer

Qualification:

  • BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Including either:
    • 2 years as Associate IT Officer, or
    • 3 years as Junior IT Officer, or equivalent Information System-related positions.

Location:

  • Dire Dawa District Office
  • Hawassa District Office

Position 2: Branch Manager I

Qualification:

  • MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution.

Experience:

  • MA/MBA/MSc: Minimum 6 years of banking work experience.
  • BA/BSc: Minimum 8 years of banking work experience.
  • Including any one of the following:
    • 2 years as Banking Business Manager III, or
    • 3 years as Banking Business Manager II, Branch Internal Control Officer II, Senior Banking Business Officer (Accounts or Cash) II, Banking Business Manager I, Senior Banking Business Officer (Accounts or Cash) I, Branch Internal Control Officer I, or equivalent banking-related positions.

Location:

  • Aware Branch under Dire Dawa District

Position 3: Branch Manager II

Qualification:

  • MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution.

Experience:

  • MA/MBA/MSc: Minimum 7 years of banking work experience.
  • BA/BSc: Minimum 9 years of banking work experience.
  • At least 2 years as Branch Manager I or in an equivalent banking-related position.

Location:

  • Jijiga Branch under Dire Dawa District
