Position 1: Junior Mechanic

Qualifications

  • At least a graduate of a Technical College, Level IV, with a COC certificate.
  • At least 4 years of work experience in a food manufacturing company.
  • Technical proficiency.

Position 2: Machine Operator

Qualifications

  • BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Level IV in General Mechanics, or Advanced Diploma in Industrial Mechanics with a COC certificate.
  • For BSc Degree holders: 0 years of experience.
  • For Level IV and Advanced Diploma holders: Minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Experience in any type of factory, preferably a food manufacturing factory.
  • Technical proficiency.

Position 3: Senior Human Resource Officer

Qualifications

  • BA Degree in Public Administration, Management, Law, or Sociology.
  • At least 4 years of experience in privately or government-owned manufacturing companies.
  • Decision-making and leadership skills.

Position 4: Production Supervisor

Qualifications

  • BSc Degree in Food Science or Food Engineering only.
  • At least 4 years of work experience in a food manufacturing company.
  • Ability to speak, listen, and write in Amharic, Oromipha, and English at a moderate level.
  • Decision-making and leadership skills.

Position 5: Quality Control Manager

Qualifications:

  • BSc Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a quality assurance/control leadership, managerial, or supervisory role within food manufacturing, confectionery, beverage, consumer goods, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in food quality control and food safety management.
  • Practical knowledge of HACCP, GMP, quality inspection, laboratory analysis, and auditing.
  • Knowledge or practical experience in HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 / Food Safety Management Systems, and Quality Management Systems is an added advantage.
  • Analytical skills.
