Position: Audit Trainee (Fresh Graduates Only – Class of 2026)
Education & Requirements
Fresh graduate with BA in Accounting or Accounting & Finance (2026 graduates only) Must have passed the National Exit Exam Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above Strong knowledge of accounting principles Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines Team spirit and effective collaboration skills Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills Computer proficiency (spreadsheets, word processing) Disciplined, organized, open‑minded, and self‑learner
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior auditors in planning, execution, and reporting of audit engagements Compile, organize, and document audit files for review Participate in audit planning meetings and site visits Liaise with client accounting teams to gather financial records Attend inventory stocktakes to verify tangible assets Perform substantive testing of transactions, ledger balances, and supporting documents Test internal controls to ensure effectiveness and fraud prevention Communicate issues with Audit Senior/Manager for timely resolution Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm procedures Build professional relationships with clients and third parties Focus on personal professional growth through training and education
