💼 Position: Sales Consultant
Key Responsibilities
Selected Sales Consultants will be responsible for:
Identifying prospective customers. Presenting the company's real estate projects to potential clients. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Working toward monthly sales targets. Supporting sales activities and closing transactions. Communicating with prospective and existing customers regarding available projects.
🎓 Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field . Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in real estate or a related industry. Demonstrated record of meeting sales targets and closing transactions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of the Addis Ababa real estate market is an advantage. Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or real estate is an added advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint . Fluency in Amharic .
