Role description
Our company, Mon Real Estate, is a real estate company that is engaged in the construction and sale of commercial shops and residential apartments and is looking to hire qualified and experienced real estate sales candidates.
Position 1: Sales Consultant
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in real estate or related industry.
- Demonstrated record of meeting sales targets and closing transactions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Knowledge of Addis Ababa real estate market is an advantage.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or real estate is an added advantage
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion ability.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Amharic; English communication is an advantage.

Position 2: Sales Supervisor
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Sales, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree (MBA) is an added advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership position.
- Experience in Real Estate, , Hospitality, or Property Development is highly preferred.
- Proven record of consistently achieving sales targets.
