Role description

Our company, Mon Real Estate, is a real estate company that is engaged in the construction and sale of commercial shops and residential apartments and is looking to hire qualified and experienced real estate sales candidates.

Position 1: Sales Consultant

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in real estate or related industry.
  • Demonstrated record of meeting sales targets and closing transactions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Knowledge of Addis Ababa real estate market is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or real estate is an added advantage

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion ability.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Amharic; English communication is an advantage.

Position 2: Sales Supervisor

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Sales, or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree (MBA) is an added advantage.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership position.
  • Experience in Real Estate, , Hospitality, or Property Development is highly preferred.
  • Proven record of consistently achieving sales targets.
