Position 1: Technical Engineer

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must possess one of the following qualifications from a recognized institution:

• BSc Degree or Level IV in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation, or a closely related field.

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in industrial machinery maintenance.
• Previous experience with card production machines is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical control, and machine-related faults.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, sensors, servo motors, servo drives, and control systems.
• Support machine diagnostics and root-cause analysis to reduce machine downtime.
• Maintain proper technical documentation and maintenance records.
• Provide technical support to ensure reliable and continuous machine operation.
• Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment when required.
• Train and provide technical guidance to junior technicians.
• Develop technical knowledge of machine equipment.
• Follow company safety, quality, and security procedures.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of PLCs and control systems.
• Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of sensors, servo motors, and servo drives.
• Knowledge of industrial communication networks.
• Experience in preventive maintenance and machine diagnostics.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must possess one of the following qualifications from a recognized institution:

• Diploma, BSc Degree, or Level IV in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a closely related field.

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
• Previous experience with card production machines is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and machine faults.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, servo drives, control systems, and electronic components.
• Perform PCB repair, soldering, and electronic component testing.
• Diagnose and repair power supply-related faults.
• Conduct machine inspection, testing, and diagnostics.
• Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation.
• Support continuous and reliable operation of machines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians.
• Follow company safety, quality, and security procedures.
