Nib International Bank (NIB) was established on May 26, 1999, under license No. LBB/007/99, in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Banking Business Licensing and Supervision Proclamation No. 84/1994. The Bank began with a paid-up capital of Birr 27.6 million and an authorized capital of Birr 150 million, contributed by 717 shareholders.

Position 1: Manager, Network Management

Educational Qualification

• Minimum of MSc or BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience for MSc holders or 9 years for BSc holders.
• At least 2 years in a Principal Network Administrator position or an equivalent Information Systems role.

Position 2: Principal Attorney

Educational Qualification

• Minimum of LLM or LLB Degree in Law or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience for LLM holders or 7 years for LLB holders.
• At least 2 years as a Senior Attorney or 3 years as an Attorney, or in an equivalent legal position.

Position 3: IFB Sharia’s Review & Compliance Officer

Educational Qualification

• Minimum of BA/BSc Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of banking experience.
• At least 2 years as an Associate IFB Sharia’s Review & Compliance Officer or in an equivalent banking business position.

Position 4: Internal Control Officer I

Educational Qualification

• Minimum of BA/BSc Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of banking experience.
• At least 3 years as a Banking Business Officer (BBO) or in an equivalent banking business position.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience as a Junior Banking Business Officer.
