Fellows gain hands‑on consulting experience, structured training, and mentorship from senior colleagues, with high‑performing fellows progressing into a Business Analyst role.
Position: Fellow – Young Leaders Program
Role Purpose
Fellows work in teams of 3–5 consultants, actively contributing to client engagements by gathering and analyzing information, formulating hypotheses, and developing recommendations. They present results to client management and collaborate on implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in client projects, solving complex business problems. Gather and analyze data, test hypotheses, and develop solutions. Present findings to client management and support implementation. Receive structured training, coaching, and mentorship. Build networks and skills through diverse project assignments.
Candidate Profile
Undergraduate or Master’s degree with excellent academic achievement. Less than 1 year of continuous work experience. Proven leadership record through extracurricular or work activities. Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in teams. Fluency in English and Amharic (written and verbal).
