Marketing and Sales Expert
Duty Station:
Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing and sales plans.
Monitor sales performance and achieve established sales targets.
Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Identify and acquire new customers while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Promote the sales of the company’s water products, trading activities, and other products and services.
Coordinate advertising, promotional, and digital marketing activities.
Prepare sales and marketing reports and present them to management.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and other promotional events.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers and partner organizations.
Salary
Negotiable
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in marketing and sales.
Experience in FMCG, bottled water manufacturing, or similar business sectors will be an added advantage.
Required Competencies
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent market analysis and customer relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and Digital Marketing Tools.
Good communication skills in both Amharic and English.
Results-oriented, accountable, and possessing high ethical standards and professional integrity.
