Position 1: Senior Facility Engineer

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Technology & Management (CoTM), Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering field.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in facility engineering, construction supervision, project management, building maintenance, or related fields.

Technical Competencies

• Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and cost estimation.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and modifying engineering drawings.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, budgeting, reporting, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Knowledge of contract administration and project documentation.
• Familiarity with Ethiopian Building Standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of Ministry of Health standards is an advantage.

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Proven track record of managing high-risk pregnancies and performing complex gynecological surgeries.
• Experience in patient counseling and education.
