Marakisoft invites fresh graduates for the following job positions.

Position 1: Software Sales Intern

Qualification

• Minimum educational qualification: Grade 12 completed.
• College/university students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, email, and the internet).
• Strong willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and customer-oriented.

Duration: 2 Months

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Position 2: Digital Marketing & Content Associate

Qualification:

No graphic design or sales experience required—we’ll focus on helping you sharpen your marketing skills.

What you’ll do:

• Create content for ERP and POS solutions
• Write LinkedIn posts, case studies, emails, and landing pages
• Set up and monitor Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Track campaign performance and generate insights
• Manage leads and support CRM activities
• Collaborate with a fast-moving marketing team.

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Position 3: Software Sales Officer

Qualification and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0 – 2 years of experience. Software sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of business processes and software applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.

Position 4: Senior ERP Functional Consultant

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of ERP implementation and consulting experience.
• Experience implementing Finance, Accounting, HR, Payroll, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, or CRM modules.
• Proven track record of leading ERP implementation projects.
• Experience working with medium and large organizations.
