Role description

Qualifications:
1. At least Bachelor’s degree in Archtecture, Site Engineering & Interior Finishing
2. At least 5 years experience in proposed position
3. Preferable have Experience working on big construction projects on site.
4. Skills and Knowledge:
• Design Skills:Familiarity with interior decoration construction processes, construction techniques, and industry standards
• Strong on-site management skills, ability to review blueprints, and communication and coordination skills
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite & 3D MAX) for drafting and visualizing designs.
• Knowledge of Building Codes: Understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage projects effectively, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors and clients.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas to clients and collaborating with other professionals.
• Over all experience in finishing works (Floor, Ceiling, Walls, Furniture, Carpet & Curtains …)
